Orders & Payment
Basses on our website are for sale and ready tobe shipped. We accepts all forms of payment through our secure PayPal account. Please note that we do occasionally make exceptions to the rule and take a custom order. Email us for a quote that includes shipping, taxes and any extras fees, for your order.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full before the bass is shipped.
Your shipping date will be provided to you via email upon receipt of your purchase.
Refund Policy
You will have seven (7) days from the date of delivery minus a 15% re-stocking fee if you decide to return your bass. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for return shipping.
For your refund request, the bass must be returned in original, unused condition. Refunds will be given through the original form of payment. Please note that shipping, handling costs, and other charges are non-refundable. Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to provide the fastest, safest and most economical shipping available. Most packages are shipped via UPS to ensure that your instrument arrives safely and damage free.
Domestic
We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS as our carriers.
* Standard orders of in-stock basses typically ship within 5 business days after receiving your order.
* Payment is due with your order.
International
International Shipments may incur additional customs and/or brokering fees at the time of delivery.
Warranty Policy
A Basses warrants to the original purchaser that the instrument will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use for as long as the instrument remains the property of the original purchaser. Parts and electronics retain the original 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
